Asphalt Paving & Parking Lot

We have a long driveway. Top job did a great job paving it with asphalt. We had it paved just near the garage the first year. But we liked their work and had them come back a few years later and pave clear to the road. It’s amazing how NICE having a paved driveway vs. a gravel driveway has been for us! Even our contractor that built our home commented on what a great job they did. Thanks Top Job!

Top coated asphalt at Bear Lake. Great job!

Top Job completed our black top reseal as promised. The men were courteous, careful and quick. Our driveway looks great and the curbing edges are clean with out overspray. They used a large board to protect the edges and give a clean line. I will hire them again in the future.

Top Job Asphalt seal coated our driveway. The driveway look great and should extend the live of our driveway. They were efficient and did great work. The product they used was good quality. The price per square foot was affordable.

Excellent Job Asphalt. Did exactly what they said they would do, and didn’t on time and well. Thank you! Use these guys.

Top Job was awesome to work with. We had them reseal the asphalt part of our driveway. We live west of Tremonton, UT, so I was pleased they serviced our area. They were able to give me a quote over the phone and the scheduler called a couple of weeks later with a schedule time about a week out. Everything happened as scheduled and at the cost quoted and they did a nice job. They were also really good at answering the phone ...

Our driveway was a bit more difficult since we had existing concrete and asphalt on either side to connect too. Top job did a great job creating smooth transitions and making sure we got the driveway we wanted.

Well done, they knew what they were doing.

Top Job did an excellent job sealcoating our large asphalt driveway. I originally considered chip sealing, but they honestly advised it wasn’t worth the extra expense for the amount of traffic we have. I really appreciated their honesty, fair advice, and quality work. Highly recommended!

Give em a try

Came as scheduled.

My name is Henry and I live in Garden City, Utah. I needed to have asphalt placed in a certain way in order to get my Certificate of Occupancy. I contacted 3 different businesses to get quotes and get the job completed in a timely fashion so we could move in. Anyone who know the Bearlake area know how hard it is to get good professional workers to even come up there. I selected Top Job because of the price and the ...

The seal coating job on our Mendon driveway was professionally handled from initial contact and estimating through scheduling and performance of the job. Top Job’s people try hard to meet expectations. This is the fourth project we’ve engaged them on, and we plan to use them again.

I used Top Job to remove gravel from the driveway and replace it with asphalt. The quality of the work is excellent. They were easy to work with and did great work. I would definitely use them again.

We had a large root pushing up on our freshly laid asphalt. I called and they had it dug out and repaired within 24 hours. Great service, I’ll be calling for a seal job next spring. Thanks again

Kerry Curtis

I was one Top Job's first paving customer's in 2017, they did very well then. Had them come back this year to apply seal coat and it looks great, appears to be very durable too. Not that watered-down stuff other contractors or the hardware stores offer. They showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. There was no upcharge between the quote and the final invoice. No pressure to upsell on other products. ...

We came in to apply the acrylic surfacer after Top Job applied new asphalt to a tennis court and their work was very well done!

When they finished the job I had a couple of questions. Top Job immediately sent a rep to answer my questions and complete the job in a quick and professional manner. I am very pleased with the final results.

Very honest and timely. Great work

I called several asphalt companies. Top Job was the nicest to deal with from the start and had by far the best price. They were the only ones to offer a warranty on their work. When they came, they were quick and efficient and didn't get the sealer on anything except the driveway.

Top Job Asphalt did an outstanding job on my project! They were incredibly patient, working with me and my budget while providing plenty of options without any pressure. Their attention to detail was impressive, especially in the prepping and grading process to ensure perfect drainage. The entire job was completed quickly, cleanly, and with excellent results. My asphalt looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. Highly ...

Top Job did a really great job preparing and laying down asphalt for my cabin property up at Bear Lake. I could not be present during the entire process, so I was a little apprehensive, not being able to keep an eye on the details. Upon arrival the following week though, I was absolutely satisfied with the professional work and attention to detail. Truly, they did a fabulous job. The driveway looks great!

Top Job does a great job. Driveway looks great. My only concern was that it took a long time to schedule. Then once scheduled, we had to cancel once (for a good reason), but then the contact prior to getting started was not timely. I would use them again!

Our prep man Kevin was on time and very accommodating and good at his job. Our estimator Steve is very helpful.

We have used Top Job exclusively for our asphalt and for the seal coat process. We are extremely happy with them from the estimate process through completion of the work. Always perfect! Definitely recommend this company. We will continue to use them and to recommend them.

Top job, from prep to paving they did an amazing job!

Top Job Asphalt works extremely well to the satisfaction of each of their customers!

They paved my driveway for me in Garden City. This is the 2nd time I have used them and I could not be happier. A job well done! Would absolutely recommend them.

Had to reschedule because of rain and probably should have rescheduled again because it rained on the reschedule day, too. The sealing is full of bubbles. It would have been better to put it off again, I think. But in truth, I know very little about it.

Very prompt and professional service to crack seal and re-coat our asphalt parking lot. We have received multiple positive comments about this work.

Great company to work with. We contacted Top Job to repair a county road that we dug across for an irrigation line. They were very professional yet friendly. Our job was completed quickly. We recommend this company.

I’m not sure how the service actually is, but some old guy in a Top Job Toyota was riding my butt today and flipped me off, or it was maybe an aggressive wave at the red light near the Logan library. Hope his day gets better. 12/8 at 230

Very professional and personalized service. Highly recommended!

They were easy to get a hold of and showed up when they were scheduled. Good communication and good work.

Top Job paved our asphalt driveways and we couldn't be happier. The service, quality and price were the best I could find and I looked everywhere! Great job guys! I'll be calling back when I start my next project.

They did a great job applying the asphalt sealant. Even, no messes.

Thanks for coming to help us with our asphalt at our cabin at Bear Lake. Top Job did a great job!

If you live in Cache Valley and use Top Job, please know that there are some shady characters going around saying they are Top Job. I had a job lined up already with Top Job and they came to my driveway and said they were there to do the Top Job spray we had ordered. They did everything in their power to start spraying and scam us. Luckily, we couldn't do it right then. Found out shortly after that they weren't even Top ...

Very prompt and professional.

We are very pleased with the "top job" of our long driveway being finished partially with slag and partially with asphalt. The team first recommended an excellent concrete provider to lay a garage pad and long stretches of mow strip. He did an excellent job, just as Top Job said he would, and it adds a tidiness to the overall look and a stability to the asphalt. The TJ team laid a long stretch of slag on the quite steep ...

Top Job did a great job on the approach to our driveway. They even tied into the dirt road beautifully. They were great to work with as well.

TopJob did an excellent job paving a driveway and RV pad for us. The entire team was professional and very talented. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

Aside from the estimator taking his time getting a quote back to me and the phone tag I kept playing with him, my experience with this company was otherwise amazing. Especially the guy who came and prepped the area. His skill and professionalism was truly exceptional. The crew who put in the asphalt were also very good. I can't recommend this team enough. Their name fits their quality.

Rosalie in the office was fantastic at communicating and responding and the crews were fast, efficient, pros. The the prep for the patches was nothing short of artistry in skid loaderville and the sealing crew were so precise and careful--no mess at all and a beautiful job! Super Happy!

Great people to work with. Cleaned after work was done. Driveway looks good.

Good quality workmanship, kept me informed

The paving crew for Top Job was top notch. They did a fantastic job preparing the driveway, cutting out pieces that needed to be replaced, repaving and finishing. We have a beautiful new asphalt driveway. Cleanup was fantastic.

Top Job did a great job on our asphalt project. They were a little higher priced because they do not make their own asphalt, but they were the most responsive of the companies we tried to work with and did an excellent job.

Top Job just completed our driveway. We are very pleased with the results and the finished project. They were quick, and cleaned up following completion. We recommend them for your project as well.

Top Job did a great job getting my unusual driveway put in when I needed it!

Top Job did a phenomenal job sealing and striping our commercial parking lot. They were professional, friendly, and completed the job over the weekend to minimize the disruption to our business. I've tried the competition and they don't even come close. I won't make that mistake again!

My husband and I contracted with Top Job to asphalt the driveway at our cabin in Fish Haven, ID. Starting with Steve who gave us the estimate, to Teri, Sam and especially Kevin who headed the project was timely, professional, and exceptionally well done. They are an honest and reputable company. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking to asphalt.

Pam

Very pleased with the work performed.

Top Job Staff and crew did an excellent job on our parking lot. The crack seal crew was on the job before daylight and did great work. Most impressive was the slurry seal crew. Kerry and his team did a wonderful job. worked around my tenants parking issues, worked between rain storms. Kerry would not apply slurry until he was 100 percent sure the parking lot was dry enough after the rain. refreshing to see someone ...

Was really impressed with the professional preparation on the driveway surface prior to the application of sealant. FRIENDLY and easy to work with. Highly recommend. Compared prices before settling on Top Job, good value. Their communication between office, field and scheduler was exceptional.

We now have the PRETTIEST driveway approach and RV parking on the block! Nice job, TOP JOB ASPHALT!

Great communication? Showed up prepared the area, text then called to confirm!

Very professional, courteous and respectful of my property!!!

Fantastic experience I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pavement or concrete options!!

Great job

Top Job scheduled me in promptly. They estimated right on. Quite efficient work.

They did a great job on my drive which actually had not been taken care of for a few years. It now looks great!!

Team did a great job on a 4,800 sq ft site with multiple run off angles.

Great people to work with!

The crew in truck 197 allowed me to re-park my truck in a vacant space of parking lot that had no cracks to seal and was out of their way so I could leave town in my other truck for the Memorial Day weekend. I really appreciated their help and working with me. Thanks guys!

We needed a chunk of sunken asphalt replaced, resurfacing and lines painted in our parking lot as well as an ADA sign and parking curb installed. They did a very professional job and communicated well. Would recommend them. They sometimes weren't able to keep a day and time during the process for returning or something, but that was ok with us. Things happen. Good company and they did a great job.

First Class Job!! We are very pleased with the job Kevin and his crew did on our driveway. Highly recommend Top Job!

They contacted me every step of the way to assure that I understood what the process was and when everything would take place.

I had Top Job come and lay asphalt on a side driveway. They were on time and did a fantastic job! We really love the driveway we have now and it is top notch quality.

Very impressed with the quality of their work and the organization of the company. The project estimator was spot on as to when the bid would be received and the work was professional from start to finish. I appreciated the opportunity for a walkthrough inspection after the crack filling was completed as I had some very large cracks in the asphalt. I give this company a ten out of ten (which I really do) and highly ...

Top Job has always been fantastic to work with!

I'll admit, I'm a skeptic. Been burned by an asphalt company. These guys were great. Pricing was fair, got the job done quickly and seems to be good on the quality. Naturally I found a few small thin areas, but that's what skeptics do...

Top Job really cares about their customers. We are in the middle of a remodel of our grandparents' home, and they sent workers to evaluate the situation and advise us before we were even on their schedule. Then they kept in contact with us to know how the progress was coming and came twice to make sure the job was done correctly. Thank you Top Job!

Excellent service!!! Thanks for a great job!!

We used Top Job Asphalt from Logan to update the finish on our asphalt driveway. They did it all in one day, did an immaculate job, and yes we would hire them again.

We have had Top job seal our asphalt every since we have had it in our drive way. People come by and try to get us to go with there company cheaper. We always tell them we have a company do it that does a great job and is a company you can trust . We will always have them do our asphalt needs

We haven't actually had our job done yet, but they were prompt at getting us a quote and very competitive. We just aren't in a hurry to get it done so are postponing for now! Great customer service and great follow up.
