- Clean pavement and apply maintenance products using specialized equipment
- Ensure all work is conducted in a safe and responsible manner.
- Assist other workers with general labor activities.
- Must be receptive to constructive criticism.
- Willingness to work in fast paced, hot, dirty environments.
- Dependable, on time
- Valid Driver’s License
- Fewer than 3 moving violations on driving record, with no DUI’s in past 10 years
- CDL a plus
- We will help you get a CDL (it’s easy!)
- Willingness to obtain a CDL a must
- Flagger certified a plus
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment to complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
