Driveway Sealcoating & Crack Sealing
Why Sealcoat Your Driveway?
Driveway sealcoating is like sunscreen for your pavement. Without it asphalt dries out and falls apart in a relatively short amount of time. Sealcoat can extend a properly constructed pavements service life beyond 50 years!
Material Matters. We know Driveway Sealcoating.
Top Job primarily uses GSB-78 rejuvenator, a high quality, oil based product that soaks into the pavement, restoring vital oils and sealing out ultraviolet rays and water. It has a deep black color that will never fade, and is guaranteed not to peel.
Preserve Your Pavement
The day your asphalt was laid it began to oxidize. As oxidation continues your pavement becomes brittle and begins to form hairline cracks. Over time these cracks widen and deepen until they reach the base. Once water penetrates completely it erodes and saturates the base, causing the pavement to be unsupported. The asphalt is then unable to support the weight of regular traffic and begins to develop fatigue cracks, also known as alligator cracks. Once pavement reaches this stage there is no effective repair. It must be removed and replaced.
